In my spare time, I enjoy travel photography. I take pictures of the most beautiful places I go to.
I bought my first camera in 2012. I was going to work in Southeast Asia and wanted to capture my exciting and unfamiliar surroundings. I fell in love with photography and have not stopped learning since. I have taken my camera with me to the ~55 countries I visited. Two years after I first got my hands on a camera, I had fully upgraded my knowledge and equipment and was shooting professional portraits and events part-time. Today, photography is a hobby and I increasingly focus on landscape and travel photography.
I enjoy natural-looking but punchy images. I am a big fan of Sebastiao Salgado for his black & white work, Steve McCurry for his use of color, Ryan Brenizer for his wedding and couple pictures, Stefan Forster and Elia Locardi for their vibrant landscapes, Vivian Meier and Henri Cartier-Bresson for their mastery of street photography, and many others...
